Our initial meeting may be held in person at our office or on-site, or remotely via phone. Geography is not a barrier. Once we understand your goals, we will complete a comprehensive property assessment to determine the best methods for achieving maximum performance within current property and market conditions. We evaluate every aspect of the property and its operations, from curb appeal and maintenance to management and financials – down to the very last detail. We identify issues or barriers and develop viable solutions. We’ll ensure that rents are maximized within the current market and that operating expenses fall within normal or better than normal ranges.

Our detailed onboarding process
allows for seamless management transitions, developed and perfected over many
years, that equips us to quickly help properties perform at a rapid pace that
corresponds to ownership goals. This process is customized to meet your
specific needs. We can typically have an overall operations plan and team in
place within the first 15-30 days.
Once transitions are complete and
the property is fully up and running, we focus on improving property
performance, sending monthly reports to show progress. Although we utilize
technology for online reporting and owner payouts, we are always just a phone
call or email away. We meet quarterly and annually for goals and performance
assessments, and to ensure that our level of service meets your expectations.
